Looking Good, Quick Update
After analyzing the website by our own internal metrics, we appear to be moving along quite well. We’re excited to unveil new reviews, however, we’re taking the time to ensure the accuracy of our new publications before releasing them. One area where we’re surprised to see little action from our community is in the ratings and comments department. While we have been and are currently receiving considerable amounts of traffic from various sources, our community has yet to take the time to offer their own insight, opinions, and ratings for the various products we’ve reviewed.
We are currently looking for more writers who care to contribute to this property so if you happen to find yourself interested in writing for ReviewBadger.com, be sure to get in contact with us through the form on our contact page.
Also, once again, don’t forget to inform us of what products you would like to to see reviewed. Thanks for stopping by to read our reviews.
Pax Vaporizer Party Mode Video
Incorporated into Pax by Ploom is a hidden Easter-egg known as party mode. In order to activate party mode, simply click the mouthpiece to activate the unit and then shake the device in a circular motion. This should activate Pax vaporizer party mode which causes the indicator light to begin flashing different colors. To reiterate using the wise words of Vapor Experts who quoted in part the Talladega Nights movie on their Facebook page, “shake and bake for party mode.” Below you’ll find a video on how to activate Ploom Pax party mode as well as a clip from Talladega Nights in which Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell) and Cal Naughton Jr. (John C. Reilly) discuss their NASCAR winning strategy derived from the delicious Shake ‘N Bake by Kraft Foods.
Beyond the obvious fun factor, party mode appears to serve no useful purpose. Regardless, it simply adds to the creativity embedded within this innovative portable vaporizer by San Francisco’s Ploom. Watch the videos below to dramatically enhance your understanding of what it is I’m referencing throughout this publication on the news section of our product review website.

Vaporizer Reviews: Visit Our Growing Repository
We here at Review Badger have worked tirelessly on our quest to review all of the best vaporizers out there and we still have plenty of work cut out for us with all of the vapes we have yet to review and all of the new vaporizers being released. Vaporizing, for good reasons, appears to be a growing trend and for which reason, we would like to more than adequately cover the various models on the market in order to assist those interested in vapor with acquiring the appropriate unit. In order to do so, we have conjured numerous vaporizer reviews, some of which I’ll share briefly with you in this publication.
Extreme Q:

Let’s start with the Arizer Extreme Q vaporizer version 4.0. Compared to the Volcano vaporizer, it’s less expensive. It has a balloon filling system and a whip/wand system. Three fan speeds and digital temperature control can all be manipulated from a distance with the included remote control. Arizer, a Canadian company, is undoubtedly impressed numerous vapor enthusiasts with the Extreme Q 4.0. They also make the V-Tower and Solo vaporizer. The latter of which is cordless and portable.
viVape 2
Competing with Arizer’s Extreme Q for a versatile vaporizer with the ability to easily switch between wand and bag is the Vaporfection viVape 2. While the viVape 2 doesn’t have a remote control, at least not at this time, it does have an easy to use colored touchscreen interface which makes using this digital vaporizer as easy as (probably easier) using an iPhone.
MFLB:
Jumping to portable vaporizers, of which we’ve reviewed more than a few, we have the Magic Flight Launch Box which also goes by the acronym MFLB. This portable device is constructed in California, USA and uses conduction and infrared to vaporize. The combination of being really small, lightweight, affordable, easy to use, and efficient has made the Launch Box one of the most widely recognized vaporizers to date.
Palm:
While the Box did an excellent job of appeasing the masses interested in a simplified portable vaporization solution, there are some new contenders in the market this year that should give Magic-Flight’s Launch Box some serious competition. The first of those portable solutions I would like to introduce you to (if you haven’t already been acquainted) is the Palm vaporizer by VaporBlunt. They’re at it again with a new portable vape for 2012 and it’s called the Palm, quite possibly because it fits in the palm of your hand. It has a shape which is somewhat similar to the VaporGenie vaporizer pipes in the sense that it takes on the form of a traditional tobacco pipe, however, it’s powerful of vaporizing at 380F for around 30 minutes before the AA battery powering the device runs out of juice. The screen comes completely out of the unit for easy replacing and cleaning. The mouthpiece tip comes in a flavored and non-flavored style. Perhaps most importantly, the Palm by VaporBlunt has an affordable price.
PUFFiT:
PUFFiT is the inhaler pipe style portable vaporizer with 8 temperature settings which allow you to easily control the density of the vapor you’re producing. It’s a really simple system to use and it’s great for anyone looking for a discreet unit to provide quick draws of vapor. The PUFFiT vaporizer by Discreet Vape was released onto the market this summer and has garnished some serious attention from vapor enthusiasts including myself. Definitely-definitely take the time to read our PUFFiT review to learn more about this incredible stealth vape.
Pax:
Pax vaporizer by Ploom is the other really intriguing new portable vaporizer released this year and it’s created quite the buzz online. The small size, ease of use, power, and stylish design of Ploom Pax rivals the likes of such formidable opponents as the Palm. While it doesn’t have the wide temperature control, it does offer three temperatures that are on the higher end of the spectrum of vaporizing temperatures and it’s sleek design most certainly has its aesthetic appeal. Internal motion sensor technology allows for the device to be shaken to activate the battery life indicator and set down to automatically deactivate. While it looks simple, looks can be deceiving. Unless of course, the simple look conveyed simple usage to you, as that’s exactly the case with this Ploom vaporizer.
miVape:
Come December of this year, keep an eye out for Vaporfection’s new miVape. Their new portable vaporizer looks impressive and could very well raise the bar for portable vapes, but, we’ll just have to wait and see just how well the miVape vaporizer turns out.
That’s all of the vaporizer reviews for now. Stay tuned for more insightful reviews from ReviewBadger.com!

On another topic, we’ve managed to put together a fairly comprehensive number of vaporizer reviews and I would like to take this opportunity to followup this post with another in which I’m going to briefly describe some of the more interesting vaporizers we’ve stumbled across in our ambitious quest to review all of the worthwhile (and even some of the not so worthwhile) vaporizers. Stay tuned for the next news publication should be mildly entertaining to read.

What Is On The Agenda For August
This month (August-2012) we are going to dedicate ourselves to conjuring some new insightful stationary and portable vaporizer reviews for our readers. There are a lot of new vaporizers coming out this year and we’re going to try our best to keep pace with the rate at which they’re released in order to stay current with the vape scene. One of the more interesting portable vaporizers that we’ve noticed is the new Vaporfection miVape. While the miVape (by the same company behind the luxury digital vaporizer known as the viVape 2) isn’t exactly what one might consider inexpensive, I have a sneaking suspicion it’s going to be one of the best portable vaporizer units to be released in 2012. Looking at the miVape, it looks fantastic. It will be available in two colors, black and white, and it’s roughly the size of a hi-tech cell phone such as the new iPhone 4S. Due to the compact size (about the size of a 1.25″ thick iPhone) and cordless design, this pocket vaporizer is definitely what I would consider to be portable. The rechargeable battery will provide somewhere between 3 to 4 hours of continuous vapor output and the device is fully functional while charging. There’s also an optional miVape car adapter accessory that will be made available when this top of the line unit is released.
The miVape release date is scheduled for late December. Though, you never know what will happen with that, as it could be postponed or released at an earlier date. Be sure to read our comprehensive Vaporfection miVape review.
2012 Vaporizer Reviews
Review Badger has been busy delivering reviews of the new 2012 vaporizers which include the Storz & Bickel Plenty, Vaporfection viVape 2, PUFFiT stealth inhaler vape, VaporBlunt’s Palm vaporizer, and the Ploom Pax vaporizer. After carefully examining the numerous vaporizers introduced to the market this year, my speculation is such: vaporizers are improving at an exponential rate with the increase demand for vapor over smoke. Leaving combustion in the past, vapor enthusiasts have been hard at work clearly conveying their insights into what a vaporizer should be and it would as if those behind their construction have been attentively listening. If you have yet to buy a vaporizer and are looking for a new one, check out some of the aforementioned vaporizers of 2012. Some are portable, some are digital, and some are a testament to technology (I’m looking at you viVape 2 and your colored touchscreen display).
To find the best vape, read our carefully researched and compiled vaporizer reviews.
Cheap Vaporizer Reviews
There are now quite a few reviews of cheap vaporizer units such as the MFLB style Dragon Lite by CD Vape, the VaporGenie style Vapor Bats with perforated ceramic filters, and the classic Vapor Genie vaporizers themselves. That’s just a few of the inexpensive portable vaporizers. As far as cheap stationary vapes, there’s the widely overlooked Vaporite Solo which is your typical wand vaporizer with a slight twist: it has a digital temperature display.
Dragon Lite vaporizers use the same methods as the Magic Flight Launch Box to vaporize. Vapor Bats use the same concept as the VG to vaporize. Take your time reading all of our vaporizer reviews if you’re interested in learning as much as you possibly can about vaporizers prior to making your decision.
Forget combustion. Vaporizers for life.
Lots Of Stationary And Portable Vaporizer Reviews
We’ve managed to throw up quite a few vaporizer reviews from the stationary models like the Volcano, Da Buddha, Silver Surfer, and Extreme Q to the portable vaporizers such as the new stealth vape known as the PUFFiT, the AtmosRAW vaporizer pen, Iolite Wispr, DaVinci, Arizer Solo, Vapir NO2, Dragon Lite, and the Magic Flight Launch Box (MFLB). With all of the reviews of popular vaporizers, you shouldn’t have any trouble determining the appropriate unit for your unique situation.
Vaporite Solo was the most recent vaporizer reviewed. It’s your average direct draw wand vaporizer with a digital display showing the temperature. It’s easy to use and fairly inexpensive. Not nearly as legitimate as the Arizer Extreme Q 4.0 or Storz & Bickel Plenty, but, it is significantly more affordable for those with a low vaporizing budget in mind.
If there are any vaporizers you would like to see reviewed, let us know and we’ll be sure to research and release a publication pertaining to that particular vaporizer.
Review Badger Progress
Lately, we’ve been doing exceedingly well and have essentially surpassed expectations for this website in terms of traffic. At this point, we are intent on continuing to make progress by expanding our repository of quality product reviews. While we’ve been primarily focused, at least in recent weeks, on vaporizer reviews, we are still 100% intent on expanding to encompass a wide variety of products including spice grinders, apparel, footwear, cameras, computers, keyboards, furniture including ergonomic chairs, and much more. While we work on expanding our base, be sure to share us with your friends and check back frequently for updates as we will surely be working on updating this website on a regular basis.
That’s all for now. Headed back to the laboratory to conduct some research. Take care readers!
Vaporizer Reviews
You may have noticed that we have recently published a significant number of quality vaporizer reviews. While we intend on reviewing product outside of vaporizers, it was proposed and decided that we should initially tackle a wide variety of vaporizers, from the digital to the analog and from portable to stationary. With that said, we’ve managed to knockout a number of reviews of some of the most popular vaporizing systems. In order to assist you with deciding upon the best vaporizer solution for your unique needs and preferences, we’ve conjured this page.
Initially, the first thing you’re going to want to decide is whether you’re looking for a portable vaporizer or a stationary model. For those who would prefer that their vaporizer is as mobile as they are, a portable or handheld vaporizer is suggested. Then again, those whose sole intent is to vaporizer in the comfort of their own home or office will likely opt for the efficiency and convenience of a wall-plug model such as the Volcano vaporizer or the Silver Surfer vaporizer, to name a couple. Once you’ve decided whether or not you’re interested in a mobile or stationary model, you should determine exactly how much you’re intent on allocating towards the purchase, as setting a budget will allow you to quickly weed through the more expensive models to narrow down on the cheap vaporizer that fits your budget.
After you’ve set your budget and decided upon a portable or stationary, there are still a number of factors to contemplate prior to purchase. You’re going to want to decide whether you’re interested in a convection or conduction vaporizer. After which point, you really need to weigh the options from one vaporizer to the next as you compare the various models that we have reviewed here at Review Badger. We say this due to the fact that there are some unique and compelling selling points that really allow vaporizers to stand out from one another.
